In the vibrant city of Ha Noi, Nguyen Vuong Viet Trang, General Director of our esteemed news agency, presented the bilingual photo book "100 Years of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press (1925-2025)" to Party General Secretary To Laam. This significant event was marked on June 21, 2022, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day [1].

This comprehensive book, published by the Vietnam News Agency Publishing House, is a treasure trove of over 1,000 precious photographs and concise articles that chronicled the evolution and growth of Vietnam's revolutionary press, mirroring the key milestones of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the nation's broader revolutionary journey.

The book pays heartfelt tribute to the exceptional revolutionary journalist, President Ho Chi Minh, and his legacy, along with generations of journalists-soldiers who dedicated their lives to the cause of the Party and the nation. Its content is meticulously selected from various sources, including central and local press agencies, museums, libraries, archives, and journalists from different eras.

In his message printed at the beginning of the book, General Secretary Laam congratulated all revolutionary journalists of Vietnam. He acknowledged the significant role the press has played over the past century, accompanying the Party, the State, and the people, serving as the voice of truth, and acting as a sharp tool in the fight against injustice [1].

The coordination between the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, and the Vietnam News Agency in compiling and publishing the photo book was also appreciated by the Party chief [1].

The book's foreword was penned by the Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information and Education, and Mass Mobilisation, Nguyen Tong Nghia. He expressed his faith that the Vietnam Revolutionary Press, with its distinguished legacy and the spirit of constant innovation and creativity, will continue to etch golden pages of history as the country enters a new era [1].

The ceremony to launch the book was held at the Vietnam News Agency headquarters, with the presence of Le Quoc Minh, who is a member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper, and Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilisation [1].
