Simultaneously, the Republican Mortgage Agency (RMA) is responsible for ensuring the quality of the houses built in the Star microdistrict, with a mandatory warranty for defect correction within five years. Recently, concerns have arisen regarding the condition of some apartments in the Star microdistrict. However, it's worth noting that some members of the 17th quarter's WhatsApp group have suggested that these defects are not major.
The RMA has mandated that residents with complaints about the condition of their apartments in the Star microdistrict should send a statement with defects, photos, and videos to [email protected]. As of now, out of the 95 apartments that "RIA" needs to resettle in the first phase for the future Sports Complex construction, there are currently 49 agreements to move to the Star microdistrict.
