The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, have expanded their family with the arrival of four new puppies. According to British newspaper "The Sun", their dog Orla - a black Cocker Spaniel - gave birth recently.

The family, including their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, are reportedly delighted with the new arrivals. An anonymous source quoted by the newspaper states that everybody in the household loves the puppies. The source humorously suggested that a "royal puppy" might not be far behind.

Orla, whose name means "golden princess" of Celtic origin, was gifted to the family by Kate's brother James Middleton in 2020. The family's previous Cocker Spaniel, Lupo, passed away only a few months later. The puppies' names and long-term plans for them remain confidential.

Kate and William last shared a photo of Orla on their Instagram account in April to celebrate "National Pet Day". Both Orla and her puppies are reportedly in good health. While Buckingham Palace has yet to comment on the birth, the family is said to be excited about their expanding canine family.

This new addition continues the royal family's tradition of close companionship with beloved dogs.

Princess Kate and Prince William are said to be overwhelmed with joy as they adjust to their new home-and-garden additions – four adorable puppies. In line with their cherished lifestyle, the family pets, including Orla and the new puppies, have a special place in their home.
