Neighbor Interiors Transforms Grapevine Home into a Stunning Blend of Indoor and Outdoor Living
In the heart of Grapevine, Texas, a sprawling 27-acre property has been transformed into a modern masterpiece by the design team at Neighbor Interiors. The project, which was located on this vast estate, catered to a busy household with four daughters and two dogs, and was designed with a focus on laid-back luxury, natural beauty, quiet luxury, and functional comfort.
From the outset, the design team was brought in during the framing stage and tasked with furnishing the entire home. Led by designer April Littmann, the team set about creating a space that would harmonize with the wooded surroundings, and reflect the design firm's visual brand of modern, clean-lined, neutral, and organic design.

Multiple installations were done as items were coming in to ensure the clients would be comfortable as their home was nearing completion.
