Panasonic Introduces New Built-In Kitchen Range in Malaysia
Panasonic has unveiled a stylish and practical suite of appliances, the Built-In Kitchen Range, in Malaysia. This new range, launched in June 2025, is designed to enhance modern lifestyles with a central theme of "Harmonious Design, Inspired Cooking."
The range offers a variety of high-suction hoods, ceramic and induction hobs, and spacious built-in ovens, all aimed at providing intuitive, user-friendly cooking solutions while blending seamlessly into the kitchen environment.
High-Suction Hoods
Four styles of high-suction hoods are available, each designed to suit different kitchen layouts. The Side Suction Hood boasts a powerful 1,550 m³/h suction, a self-cleaning dry mechanism, a 70° auto-opening flipper, gesture control, and a large oil collector for easy maintenance. The T-Shape Hood offers 1,450 m³/h suction, versatile ducted or recirculating installation, a 90cm-wide tempered flat glass, 5-layer easy-clean metal filters, and a slim control panel ideal for open-concept kitchens.
Induction and Ceramic Hobs
The Entry IH Hob delivers a total power of 3,500W and 2,000W high power per zone. It features slider touch control, residual heat indicator, cookware detection, and overheat prevention. The Advanced IH Hob offers 2,200W per zone with a wider 220mm cooking area and four preset cooking modes. The Domino Ceramic Hob, launching in August, delivers a total of 3,000W across two zones, making it an ideal choice for smaller kitchens.
Built-In Ovens
The range includes two built-in ovens: the Catalytic Cleaning Oven and the Basic Oven. The Catalytic Cleaning Oven offers 78 liters capacity, 2,900W power, 12 cooking functions, and a triple-glazed door with low-e glass for insulation. The Basic Oven, on the other hand, offers 2,300W power, eight essential functions, and five telescopic shelf levels for multi-dish cooking.
Design Philosophy
The Built-In Kitchen Range emphasizes a "harmonious design language" aimed at creating kitchen spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This design philosophy promotes healthier, more convenient cooking and well-being through seamless appliance integration.
Availability
The range began rolling out nationwide in Malaysia in June 2025, with most products available now and select models launching in August and October 2025. Pricing details are not yet publicly announced but can be obtained from Panasonic's authorized dealers or their online store.
This new range targets a broad audience, from new homeowners to families and those who value healthy cooking or open-concept entertaining, offering options from entry-level to more advanced models at accessible price points. The Advance Induction Hob, for instance, offers four convenient preset modes, overspill alert, flexible zone off timers, and intuitive gesture and touch controls.
In conclusion, Panasonic's new Built-In Kitchen Range is designed to elevate the kitchen experience and bring joy to cooking, seamlessly integrating appliances into the living space and promoting wellbeing.
