When's the party at Breminale 2025?
Kick back and relax at Breminale from July 9th to July 13th, 2025.
Where's the madness happening?
You'll find Breminale at the meadow in front of the Osterdeich, with extra action happening in the park behind the Kunsthalle and the adjacent Altmannshohe. If you're feeling adventurous, swing by the flood stage at the Licht-Luft-Bad on the Stadtwerder.
Is this shindig on the house?
Most of it, but there's a small five euro charge for entry to the Licht-Luft-Bad for those aged 14 and over, which includes the ferry ride from Cafe Sand. Show your support by scooping up some solidarity tickets or chipping in with a donation to keep the good times rolling.
What's the agenda for Breminale 2025?
Get set for a musical extravaganza! Breminale's all about the live bands, ranging from hip-hop and punk to metal, folk, rock, and pop. But that's not all! There's dance, theater, workshops, and more. And guess what? There'll be more live acts than last year! On Saturday evening, the pop band Picture This will rock the Radio Bremen stage. Plus, Hubi Koch will be reading from his work "Lost Boy" over at the Licht-Luft-Bad.
Tune in for over 120 musicians performing across nine stages, not to mention a Ferris wheel, second-hand clothing, and screen printing – a fantastic assortment of activities!
Why's the festival a bit more budget-friendly?
You know how things got a bit pricier after the pandemic? Well, Breminale's dealing with that too. But don't sweat it, there are ways to keep the event running strong, like selling more solidarity tickets, collecting donations, and raking in the dough from food sales.
How to GPS your spot at Breminale 2025?
The Osterdeich's just a stone's throw from Bremen's center, and the central stop Domsheide's the place to be. Remember, it's best to ride your bike or walk, as parking is limited in the area. If you gotta drive, park outside the quarter and take public transportation for the rest of the journey. Jump on the Sielwall ferry to reach the Licht-Luft-Bad stage. The ferry runs until the party wraps up.
High Tide or Low Tide?
The risk of high water during showtime is minimal, according to the organizers. If the Weser's feeling mighty, affected areas will be shut down.
Safety First, Fun Second!
Breminale's committed to making sure everyone's safe and sound. You'll see security personnel roaming around, and the event is meant to be barrier-free. Just be cool, follow the rules, and have a fantastic time!
Watch out for muddy spots if it rains, keep an eye out for obstacles like cables and water pipes, and stay tuned for the Awareness Teams and their recognizable lilac vests and radio devices. They're there to lend a helping hand in case of sexual assault or excessive alcohol consumption.
Be Cool, Be Kind
Breminale's all about keeping the environment neat and treating each other like neighbors. Put your trash in the appropriate bins, return cans and bottles, and be mindful of the locals when you leave.
Furthermore, Breminale doesn't tolerate any form of discrimination, so let's all keep it friendly and inclusive, shall we?
