Nittenau Youth Parliament Elections: Mark Your Calendars for November 17, 2025

Mark your calendars for November 17, 2025, as the new members of the Nittenau youth parliament will be elected. Youngsters aged 12 to 17, who submitted their candidacy documents by November 3, will vie for the positions. Voting will take place at local schools and the town hall in Nittenau.

Applications for the Youth Parliament will open next year. The new youth worker, Alica Frerichs, was recently introduced. She will serve as the contact person for youth participation and leisure activities, and can be reached via WhatsApp at 0151/55 34 33 46.

Current members shared their experiences and successful projects from past terms at a 'Pizza Date' hosted at the JuNit youth center. Around 30 young people attended the event to learn about the Youth Parliament and municipal youth policy co-creation.
