New preschool on Omsk's Moscow Street sets exterior design.
Building construction isn't funded by the city's budget in Omsk.
Private contractor "Dogma" will construct a kindergarten for the new microdistrict using their own funds.
As previously reported on May 5, 2025, by the Ministry of the Omsk Region, the kindergarten with a capacity of 290 students will be completed in May 2027, located on Svetlovskoy Street, part of Novoy Moskva, and will be part of the residential complex "Snegyri". The total area of the three-story building will be approximately 5,300 square meters. The contractor has already received a positive expert review of the kindergarten project.
Let's refresh our memory, OOO "Specialized Contractor 'Dogma-Omsk'" signed a three-party agreement in March 2022 between the regional government, then led by Alexander Burkov, the Omsk administration, and the developer.
By the end of 2034, the total area of the built housing in "Snegyri", as reported by the regional Ministry, is expected to reach 328,000 square meters, which equates to 7,577 apartments. Moreover, "Dogma" is expected to improve the adjacent birch forest and create compensatory water bodies.
