Yamaha Motor India has unveiled the 2025 update of the MT-15, showcasing their commitment to addressing customer expectations with advanced features and new youthful colours. The streetfighter motorcycle, part of the MT series, continues to captivate riders with its unwavering spirit.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 Yamaha MT-15 retains its 155 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). This engine delivers a punchy 18.14 bhp at 10,000 rpm and 14.1 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm, ensuring a thrilling riding experience.

Design and Colours

The standard variant of the Yamaha MT-15 V2 boasts a fresh Metallic Silver Cyan colour scheme, adding a touch of modernity to its aggressive stance. Additionally, the MT-15 V2 offers two new colour options: Ice Storm and Vivid Violet Metallic.

Features and Connectivity

The updated Y-Connect mobile app for the 2025 Yamaha MT-15 Version 2.0 offers a host of new features designed to enhance the riding experience and connectivity. These include maintenance recommendations, parking location, fuel consumption tracking, malfunction alerts, a revs dashboard, a rider ranking system, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, phone battery status, and fuel logs.

The new digital console, borrowed from the Yamaha R15M, features Bluetooth connectivity via the Y-Connect mobile app. This console, paired with the colour TFT screen on the MT-15 DLX variant, provides a more connected and user-friendly experience for riders.
