Family-Friendly Mushroom Foraging at Nature Park Swamp
Join an exciting adventure into the world of mushrooms at the upcoming event in Mönchengladbach/Korschenbroich! This family-friendly event, taking place from 2 to 5 PM on September 13th, is perfect for young ones aged seven and up, accompanied by their parents.
Led by experienced forest guide and mushroom coach, Nadine Eiben, participants will embark on a journey of discovery, learning about various mushroom species, their importance, and how to identify them.
The event, which lasts 3.5 hours, will also include hands-on activities. Children and their parents will have the opportunity to create their own mushroom ink and paper, adding a creative touch to their newfound knowledge.
For those aged 14 to 17, the event offers an opportunity to learn advanced techniques in handling, identifying, and collecting mushrooms.
