A 1939 Colonial home in Minneapolis, transformed by Vujovich Design Build, will be open for tours during the final weekend of the 2025 Fall Artisan Home Tour. Visit 3428 Edmund Boulevard (House R17) from October 17 to 19, between 12 and 6 p.m., to explore this beautifully remodeled residence.

The renovation, designed for aging in place and large gatherings, features a main-level living design with seamless accessibility. A U-shaped addition preserved yard space while accommodating a new primary suite, sunroom, and mudroom. The Vujovich team curated details to meet the couple's needs, including a wide staircase and a sun-drenched sunroom for flexible use.

The transformed kitchen is a standout feature. It boasts mid-tone, rift-cut white oak cabinetry, a sculptural large-format tile backsplash, and a concealed scullery for entertaining. The design mixes traditional elements with unexpected features, such as durable terrazzo-inlay tile and whimsical wallpapers. The private primary suite offers a serene retreat with a vaulted ceiling and a luxurious, low-maintenance bathroom. Removing a key wall created an open-concept living area with a grand kitchen island as the central gathering point.

The 2025 Fall Artisan Home Tour offers a rare opportunity to explore this thoughtfully remodeled Minneapolis home. Every aspect of the design works together to create a timeless, functional, and deeply personal space built for a lifetime of memories.
