The main agenda of the meeting was the election of a new board, and the proceedings began with the candidacy announcements of Norbert Knuth and Hans-Jürgen Tüllmann for the new board positions. However, a surprise was in store as Norbert Knuth unexpectedly withdrew his candidacy.
