In the spirit of fostering social cohesion and cultural enrichment, Dubai has announced its plans for the Eid Al Etihad 2025 celebrations. The festivities, under the banner of #EidInDubai, align with the 'Year of Community' and are set to take place mainly on December 2 and 3, 2025, marking the UAE's 54th National Day and the unification of its emirates.

The main celebration location is expected to be a significant cultural or natural site, although the specific location for this year's event has yet to be confirmed. Previous celebrations have been held at sites like Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain.

Several venues across the emirates will host festivities, including Global Village, Festival Promenade, The Outlet Village Mall, Quranic Park, and Hatta. Abu Dhabi Corniche, Dubai Festival City, The Beach at JBR, Sharjah’s Al Majaz Waterfront will also feature events.

Large-scale parades, traditional music, dance, poetry, falconry displays, camel parades, heritage village exhibitions, and special cultural festivals are expected to be part of the celebrations. Fireworks displays will light up multiple locations, with nightly themed entertainment running at Global Village from November 29 to December 3.

Traditions including Emirati cuisine, heritage installations, musical and dance performances, and community-led programs will emphasize Emirati heritage and the nation’s progress.

Authorities will enforce safety protocols, banning unauthorized vehicle parades, use of car spray foam, noise horns, and ensuring vehicle number plates remain visible. Only officially sanctioned UAE flags or scarves may be displayed on vehicles, with violations penalized to ensure public safety.
