Aquarelle Brings Late-Night Seafood & Cocktails to NYC's East Village
Aquarelle, a new seafood bar and cocktail lounge, is set to open in Manhattan's East Village this June. The venue, created by Marcus Andrew, promises an elevated late-night dining experience, reviving the spirit of the neighbourhood.
The interactive seafood bar allows guests to choose their catch of the day, prepared simply. The menu features dishes like fluke crudo, scallop piri piri, and salt-baked Red Snapper. All seafood is sourced fresh from Maine and Montauk, delivered several times a week.
Baris Koroglu, the founder and creative director, brings a refined global perspective to Aquarelle's culinary vision. The restaurant's cocktail program pairs perfectly with the menu, offering botanical-forward drinks such as yuzu-thyme gin spritzes and lavender sea salt martinis.
Aquarelle is open until midnight six nights a week, with extended late-night dining hours on Saturdays. The venue promises an inviting atmosphere, ocean-fresh seafood, and a unique late-night dining experience in the heart of the East Village.
