Academy in Beratzhausen Embraces Multiculturalism
The 34th Summer Academy, a celebrated event for artists, took place for the first time at the Michlerhof in Mausheim and the Stadl am Essenbügl. This year's event, organised by the Kuratorium for the Summer Academy, was chaired by Thomas Reindl, the 2nd chairman.
Over the course of one week, a total of 53 artists from various disciplines came together for a week of creative exploration. The participants were engaged in painting, stone sculpting, or wood sculpting, providing a diverse and vibrant atmosphere.
The event, which brought together artists from across the region, was the first of its kind to be held at the Michlerhof. The venue, associated with the Stiftung Kulturzentrum Ostbayern (Cultural Center Foundation of Eastern Bavaria), offered unique opportunities for artistic growth and expression.
The children's course, which included ten eager participants, was also part of the Summer Academy. The young artists were given the chance to explore their creativity under the guidance of experienced mentors. The children, along with the adult participants, were reportedly thrilled by the possibilities that the Michlerhof presented.
A press release stated that the Summer Academy fostered creativity among the participants, offering them a platform to express themselves and develop their artistic skills. Thomas Reindl, the 2nd chairman of the Kuratorium for the Summer Academy, was involved in the event, ensuring its smooth running and success.
The participants left the Summer Academy with a renewed sense of creativity and a sense of accomplishment, having spent a week immersed in their artistic pursuits. The 34th Summer Academy at the Michlerhof marked a significant milestone in the event's history, and it is hoped that it will continue to inspire artists for many years to come.
