Ready, Set, Adventure: Robinson Playground's New Attraction
Welcome to Preetz, a town that's more than just a pitstop. The area surrounding Postsee is becoming a hotspot for wild imagination and boundless energy, luring adventurous youngsters with every passing day. The latest addition to this action-packed playground? An exhilarating obstacle course that'll leave you panting for more!
Ever since the unveiling of the towering climbing pyramid in January, Preetz's mayor, Tim Brockmann, has kept the adrenaline pumping. The newest endeavor? A versatile obstacle course that's anything but predictable. With a log for balancing, a net bridge, and seesaw steps, this playground equipment promises a thrilling ride.
The brains behind this masterpiece have installed individual elements on sturdy foundations at least 1.5 meters deep. To ensure safety during the high-octane adventuring, around 30 cubic meters of fall protection sand have been layered beneath. The price tag for this robust steel play structure? A cool 30,000 euros. But every penny, according to Brockmann, has been well spent on upgrading Preetz's playgrounds.
When it came to selecting the elements for the course, Brockmann focused on something fresh for the town's playgrounds. The result? A challenge that requires dexterity, agility, and sheer grit. For instance, achieving perfect balance and maintaining a steady footing is crucial while navigating the seesaw steps. This, in turn, strengthens a child's sense of balance and confidence. And let's not forget the friendly competition it encourages!
Now, envision yourself on a jungle trail, or perhaps a wild river ride – but mind those crocodiles and anacondas lurking just beneath the seemingly harmless seesaw steps! The kids from "Rasselbande" daycare, "Bunte Kiste" kindergarten, and the nature kindergarten "Die Wühlmäuse" certainly know the thrill.
Tim Brockmann's not done yet. Future plans for the Robinson Playground include special play equipment targeted towards the youngest adventurers. A sand hill, originally intended for construction, is already being "excavated" for playground duty. Additional tables, benches, and a twisty slide with a tunnel are also on the horizon.
But that's not all! The playground at Lanker See will soon boast a slide with a tunnel, and the playgrounds at Lerchenweg and Glindskoppel won't be left out either. So buckle up, kids, because the Robinson Playground is all set to take your playtime to new frontiers!
This new obstacle course at Robinson Playground, with its log balance, net bridge, and seesaw steps, is sure to elevate the lifestyle of home-and-garden enthusiasts by providing an exhilarating outdoor adventure right in Preetz. With safety measures like deep foundations and fall protection sand, children can confidently embrace the challenge while strengthening their agility and balance.
