Beatties Store in Wolverhampton to Undergo Transformative Redevelopment

The iconic Beatties department store in Wolverhampton, which has been vacant since 2020, is set for a significant transformation. The Eden Property Group, in collaboration with Corstorphine & Wright and structural engineers Symmetrys, is spearheading the redevelopment project.

The redevelopment aims to preserve the historic fabric of the building, with the convex corner facade being one of the key features that will be preserved. The original concave facade will also be reintroduced to ground level on Victoria Street.
